Age Rating: Exit51 is rated 16+ on the App Store. Age restrictions are determined by Apple's App Store rating system and applicable laws in your region. By downloading and using this App, you confirm you meet the age requirement for your country.
Exit51 collects, uses, and shares personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Exit51, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described there.
Exit51 continuously collects your precise GPS location to provide core features:
Location Sharing with Friends: If you have accepted friend requests, your real-time location, speed, and explored map areas are visible to those friends. You can disable all location sharing by enabling "Ghost Mode" in App settings. When active, Ghost Mode prevents your location from being sent to our servers or displayed to any other users.
Permission Requests: Exit51 will request foreground location permission (iOS: "While Using the App") and background location permission (iOS: "Always Allow"). You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.

Exit51 is a social app. Information you share includes:
When you create or join a convoy, all convoy members can see your real-time location and speed, route to the destination, estimated time of arrival (ETA), and username and profile.
Exit51 sends a "heartbeat" ping every 30 seconds when the App is open to keep you marked as online. Friends can see your last-seen timestamp.
Ghost Mode completely stops location sharing. When enabled, your location is not sent to our servers and is not visible to any friends, even if they have accepted friend requests. Ghost Mode does not affect other features like your garage or leaderboard presence.
You can control who sees your garage and modifications:
You can delete your Exit51 account at any time through App settings. Account deletion will permanently remove your user data, garage, and all associated information from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
Exit51 requires a subscription to use the App. Two plans are available:
Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period. You will be charged within 24 hours before the renewal date. Charges will appear on your Apple ID account or Apple App Store balance.
Exit51 Pro (Monthly) includes a 3-day free trial for new users. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically activate and you will be charged for the monthly plan.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Exit51 > Manage > Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds: Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store policies. All refund requests must be made through Apple at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084.
No Refunds for Partial Periods: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing cycles or unused portions of subscriptions.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect on your next renewal date.

Any use of the App for such purposes is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.
Exit51's top speed recording feature is intended solely for use at closed-course tracks, private property, or other venues where such activity is legal and sanctioned. This feature passively records session data for personal review only and is not intended to be used, monitored, or acted upon while operating a vehicle on public roads. Exit51 does not condone, encourage, or endorse the use of this feature on public roads or in any manner that violates applicable law. By using this feature, you expressly acknowledge this limitation and assume all risk associated with your driving behavior.
Speed Data Accuracy Disclaimer: Speed and performance data recorded by the App may be inaccurate due to GPS signal limitations, device hardware variation, signal interference, or other technical factors. This data should not be relied upon as a precise or accurate measurement for any purpose. EZ Recurring LLC makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of any speed or performance data recorded by the App.
Exit51 records speed and location data passively as a background function of the App. The existence of this data does not reflect any endorsement of your driving behavior by EZ Recurring LLC. You acknowledge and agree that:
The App is designed to provide passive insights about your driving patterns. You should not interact with the App while operating a vehicle. The App does not replace safe driving practices or compliance with traffic laws.
When you send a friend request to another user, your username and profile become visible to them. Accepting a friend request grants bidirectional access to location data, garage information, and map exploration history (subject to privacy settings). You are responsible for all social interactions you initiate. We are not responsible for disputes between users or misuse of the friend system.
Exit51's map is divided into tiles. As you drive, you automatically explore tiles. Tiles are persistent and tracked server-side, and your explored tiles are visible to friends.
Exit51, including all logos, designs, text, graphics, features, and functionality, is owned by EZ Recurring LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You retain ownership of profile images, vehicle photos, and garage modifications you upload. By uploading content, you grant EZ Recurring LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and store your content for the purposes of operating Exit51.
Data you generate in Exit51 (locations, tiles explored, garage information) is owned by EZ Recurring LLC but associated with your account. You own the right to delete this data by deleting your account.
We do not warrant that Exit51 will be error-free, uninterrupted, or continuously available; that location data will be accurate or real-time; or that the App will run on all devices or iOS versions.
Location Accuracy: GPS location data may contain errors or delays. Exit51 should not be relied upon for navigation, emergency services, or safety-critical decisions.
Data Security: While we use standard security measures, we do not guarantee complete data security. You acknowledge that data transmission over the internet carries inherent risks.
Liability Cap: OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 6 MONTHS PRIOR TO YOUR CLAIM, OR $0 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FOR A SUBSCRIPTION.
Exception: The limitations above do not apply to claims of gross negligence or willful misconduct by EZ Recurring LLC.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZ Recurring LLC, a California limited liability company, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from: your use of Exit51; your breach of these Terms; your violation of any law; your infringement of any third-party rights; user content you create or share; or disputes with other users.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, violate any law or regulation, engage in harmful or fraudulent conduct, or attempt unauthorized access. Upon termination, your right to use Exit51 ceases immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Exit51 after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
If you have a dispute, contact us at team@ezr.llc. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.
Any dispute not resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in California, USA, unless otherwise agreed. You waive the right to a jury trial. YOU ALSO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST EZ RECURRING LLC. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
The following disputes are not subject to arbitration and may be brought in court: disputes involving intellectual property infringement, privacy violations, or requests for injunctive relief.
EZ Recurring LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government action, internet or telecommunications outages, third-party service failures, cyberattacks, or other events outside our reasonable control. In such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed, and the remaining Terms remain in full force.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EZ Recurring LLC regarding Exit51. Any other agreements, understandings, or representations are void.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
